Why did you create this course?

I created this for those like me who love to do the inner work on their terms, finding their own way with it and not feeling bounded or constricted to one way or someone else’s time constraints. 

The Helpful HUB is a collection of all the tools and techniques I wish I had when I began my self-discovery journey! 

Emotional support is incredibly close to my heart because when I started my inner-work journey, I had no idea that I had more feelings than happiness, sadness or anger. Let alone how to feel them or understand the messages and information they brought to me. Being able to identify and work with your emotions is an understated personal skill set that I believe everyone needs. 

My quest to understand myself better has led me to some amazing leaders, resources, tools, techniques and insights. They are the fundamentals that have allowed me to move from reacting to life, to designing a life worth waking up. And I am so excited to be share these with you. 

Affordability has also been a key principle in creating this platform. Wellbeing is the currency of the new world – more ‘well’ people means more ‘well’ communities which means a more “well” world. And we need that! Change starts at the individual level and your financial income shouldn’t determine your access to incredible tools that support and enhance your mental and emotional wellbeing.

How much time do I need to spend each week here?

It’s totally up to you how much time you spend here each week, it really depends where you are at and what you are looking for. You may find yourself: 

  • creating daily or weekly routines and rituals based on the Emotions Dashboard
  • making a commitment to explore specific sections or units in the Pursuit of Happiness or Self-Discovery areas
  • organising a date with a friend or partner to explore the content together and keep each other accountable along the way

It really is a choose your own adventure and what works for you. Honour the ebbs and flows of how your energy works. There is an incredible amount of resources in there to support you wherever you are at in your life. 

How is the content delivered?

I love simplicity. Wherever possible we have included video and audio content along with written content in the form of guides, worksheets, transcripts, checklists and more. 

Is this for men and women?

It sure is. You may even find it to be useful with children and teens. 

I've experienced trauma, is this for me?

This is an online platform with no direct 1:1 support (unless you are choosing that option) and is definitely not a substitute for therapy. If you are in an active state of trauma and finding it challenging to function, this is not for you. This platform really is about connecting with what works for you – there is no pressure to complete every module or exercise. It is here as a life-long resource to support, guide and inspire you in various ways. Will this platform solve my specific medical or mental health issue?

How does billing work?

To get started simply choose to pay monthly or yearly. At the checkout you will be asked to input your bank card details that you would like payments to be deducted form. 

Monthly payments will be deducted from your account on the same date each month – if you signed up on the 2nd of the month, future payments will also be deducted on the 2nd. 

Yearly payments work in the same way – if you purchased on the 23rd of January, you will be recharged on the same date the following year. You will receive a reminder email prior to the payment being deducted. 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime after your initial 12-month period. If you would like cancel prior to this, you will need to pay out the remainder of your term (eg. 4 months left would be $80). To cancel all you need to do is email your request to 7 days prior to your next billing period. 

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the content and the low price, all sales are full and final. If you are on a monthly plan, you are committed to paying for the initial 12-months.
